OUR SHIPPING POLICY
At JAZVIC, every piece is crafted with intention, precision, and care. Since our Limited Drop collections are purely handmade and produced in restricted quantities, our shipping process follows a confirmation-based approach to ensure authenticity and customer satisfaction.
1. Order Confirmation Process
Once a customer places an order on the JAZVIC website, our team will personally call the customer to confirm the order details.
2. Call Updates
Customers will receive two confirmation calls from the JAZVIC team:
First Call: After the order is placed – for order confirmation.
Second Call: Before dispatch – to inform the customer that the order is moving for delivery.
This ensures transparency and avoids any delivery-related issues.
3. Shipping Timeline
For Limited Drop products, the delivery timeline is 6 to 7 working days.
This duration is intentional, as each Limited Drop product is handmade and quality-checked before dispatch.
Delivery timelines may vary slightly depending on location, weather conditions, or courier partner delays.
4. Delivery Coverage
We currently ship across India.
Remote locations may experience minor delivery delays.
5. Important Notes
Limited Drop products are produced in very limited quantities and will not be restocked once sold out.
RETURN AND REPLACEMENT POLICY

1. Limited Drop Products (No Return / No Replacement)
Limited Drop products are strictly non-returnable and non-replaceable.
These products are purely handmade, produced in very limited quantities, and never restocked.
Every Limited Drop item is carefully quality-checked by the JAZVIC team before dispatch to ensure it is free from damage or defects.
Due to the exclusive and handcrafted nature of these products, returns are not accepted under any circumstances.
2. Regular In-Stock Products (Replacement Only)
Applicable to products such as:
Plain Hoodies
Plain T-Shirts
Plain Sweatshirts
Other regular, all-time in-stock items
Replacement is available only if:
The product is damaged or defective at the time of delivery.
Important conditions:
No returns or replacements will be accepted for reasons such as size issues, color preference, or change of mind.
Customers must raise a replacement request within 1 day (24 hours) of delivery. Requests made after this period will not be accepted.
3. Packaging Proof & Damage Verification (Very Important)
To maintain fairness and transparency, JAZVIC records a digital video of every product during packaging before dispatch.
This video serves as official proof of the product’s condition at the time of shipment.
⚠️ If a product is damaged by the customer after delivery and a return request is raised, it will be rejected after verification.
Please do not intentionally damage the product and then apply for a replacement.
4. Replacement Approval Process
Once a replacement request is raised, the JAZVIC team will review:
Customer-provided images/videos
Our internal packaging video proof
If the damage is verified as genuine, a replacement of the same product will be processed (subject to stock availability).
5. Final Authority
The final decision regarding returns or replacements lies solely with JAZVIC.
Any attempt at misuse of the return policy may lead to order cancellation and future order restrictions.
